Business Analyst, Customer Experience

The Customer Experience Business Analyst will support the business in delivering high-quality strategic and tactical analysis and reports for customer service operations. A focused, hard-working and meticulous analyst, you will develop functional expertise in data analysis as well as in-depth and expert industry insight and knowledge providing the key insights and findings to improve how we serve our customers. You will support the management with analyses of productivity, satisfaction, operations and SLA’s across both internal and external service teams. The business analyst will be working closely with counterparts in Finance and Data Analytics.

  • - Analyses complex business problems using data from internal and external sources
  • - Provides actionable insight to decision-makers to influence strategy and performance
  • - Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to attribute key business drivers

Senior Strategist, Growth Marketing Team

the Growth Marketing team at Yodelar is looking for an exceptional individual to manage the engagement marketing team to develop overarching growth strategies for Yodelars notification programs i.e. engagement and growth through channels such as email text and SMS. 

What you’ll do

  • - Help build the vision and set the future direction of engagement marketing for key audience segments within Yodelar across both consumers and partners.
  • - Develop strategic programs that accelerate the growth of Yodelar through insights, analysis and experimentation.
  • - Build a best-in-class notification program through thought leadership and partnership with cross-functional leads across Engineering, Data Science, and Product.
  • - Build and manage a team of growth marketers specialized in engagement and channel management.

What we’re looking for

  • - 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • - Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports including the ability to mentor and coach future managers.
  • - Ability to define a team vision and gain alignment across functions.
  • - Excellent and deep understanding of notifications and channel management
  • - interest in how it works “under the hood” (aka tracking and understanding which tool to use within the marketing stack).
  • - Proven experience using A/B and multivariate testing to drive the growth of a consumer product at a global scale, including the ability to interpret metrics and results and tell a story using data.
  • - Experience and working knowledge of at least one major ESP or push provider. This can be a 3rd party or in-house solution.
  • - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work well across teams, functions and geographies with high autonomy and little guidance.
  • - High level of organisational and project management skills.
